I played 4 years of scocer and was on the cycling time. I am currently in my 5th year running cross country. I love trail running and mountain biking in my free time. I love teaching spin because fitness is something in life that whatever amount of work you are willing to put in, you get amazing results and the best feeling of self-accomplishment ouf of it. I love getting attendees with goals in mind and I am the person who gets to help them attain them.

Debby Compton

Debby has an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Primary Group Exercise Certification. She is also certified in LeMond Group Cycling. Previous Certifications: Zumba, Hip Hop. Debby has been teaching aerobics for 20 years. Over the years she has taught Step, Cardio Sculpt, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Power Pump and Spin. She really enjoys spinning because of the ability to create her own music playlist. She tries to incorporate music that is energizing, yet fun, and pushes each rider to their potential.

I am a retired Air Force and in my last two years on active duty I took a spin class. Form then on I was hooked. I want to make it fun and share it with as many people as possible.

Cindy Crow

Cindy has been an aerobic instructor for the past 15 years.  She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, who teaches body toning, Tabata, and a cardio mix style class. She played several sports in her earlier life, including basketball, softball, and cheerleading. Staying active is a priority. Cindy received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Cameron University. She has completed Graduate courses in History from Midwestern State. She believes that a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body.  To relax after a long day of work and working out, she loves to read, quilt, garden or spend time with her dog, Ally.

Maria (Mary) Fuchik

Mary has over 20 years of experience in Cycling, Marathons and Triathlons. In the late 80s started training with Coach Troy Jacobson in his spinervals Cycling Workouts and Camps and continues to train with Coach Troy. Both Mary and her husband David, have been involved helping with the MSU Cycling Team, HHH and the Community since 1994. Mary is a management consultant and a Mediator in Texas. Mary is certified in Indoor Cycling, HIIT Core, Advanced Pilates, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She has taught Water Aquatics and Boot Camp. Mary’s passion is cycling and has been an avid cyclist for several years. Family, staying healthy and fit is a priority.

Christie is an Assistant Professor of Theatre at MSU where she teaches acting, voice, and movement classes. Having grown up dancing, figure skating, cheerleading, and working as a professional actress, Christie has always been mindful of keeping a strong, health body as an instrument of expression. Trying to maintain a happy balance in life, Christie also loves cooking (and eating).

Meagan has her doctorate in physical therapy and has competed in triathlons, a marathon, half marathons, and several half ironman's (70.3). She has two children and a husband that coaches soccer at MSU.

I have been teaching group fitness classes for 20 years, Barre, Step, Circuit, Slide, and Zumba. I have always believe that you should have fun when working out. I am currently certified in Zumba and Barre. Come catch a class with me at MSU and have some fun.

Dail was one of the first participants in the spin classes offered at MSU and has been teaching since the second semester that it was offered under Recycle Texas. He has been an avid cyclist for 18 years. Dail is also the Dean of Students at MSU.

Wendy is a mother of three who loves using her workouts as a stress relief. She has been teaching for 5 years.

Angie

Angie Reay

Angie is the Director of Recreational Sports and Wellness Center. Fitness has always been apart of her life. She played basketball at MSU, competed in cycling rides, half, full, and ultra marathons, and triathlons. She is an alum of MSU with her undergraduate and Masters degrees. 

Lori

Lori Susac

I am a Group Certified Instructor.  I have been teaching Indoor Cycling for over 2 years.  My love for cycling has gone from the classroom to outdoors.  I completed my first Hotter N’ Hell race in 2016.  I  am also a certified Silver Sneakers Instructor. I also teach Aquatics and have taught Bootcamp.  I also enjoy running and am planning on completing my first half marathon next year.

Dr. Keith Williamson

As a physician, Dr. Keith has many opportunities to help people with their health in addition to their fitness. He is actively involved in the MSU Wellness Programs and also with the city of Wichita Falls as the medical director for the annual Hotter'N Hell Hundred bike race. Dr. Keith is also the physician for the campus at MSU.
