Fitness Class Descriptions


Fun class focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises. Used to sculpt the lower body, abs, and flexibility.

Cardio Shred

A high energy class alternating periods of high-intensity cardio with weight training in order to shred those pounds. The goal here is to raise that heart rate and burn the max amount of calories in an hour!


A class focused on your mid-section. The core surrounds the entire body. The class will work to enhance your core strength.


High Intensity Interval Training is a round of short bursts of energy followed by short rest periods. All exercises are fair game in this class. 


Cardio-based total body condition program based on Max Interval Training.


Improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body.


Aerobic class that is choreographed to a routine using a step. Combines high-energy music with a fun workout.


A cardio class to help you gain speed, strength, and endurance.

Sweat & Burn

Turn up the heat to sweat it out and burn those calories.  This circuit based class will have you moving around to ensure you get a great workout.


High intensity type of interval workout with burst of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds recovery.

Tone & Shred

A fast paced class revolves around lifting weights, toning your muscles, and sculpting your body. All weights are chosen by the participants to their level of ability.


U-Jam Fitness is a high energy dance fitness class that takes dance from all over the world and mixes it with an urban, hip hop flavor.


Designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their fitness. Based on ancient fitness science of yoga, blends balance, strength, flexibility and power.
