Registration Schedule

For additional details on Spring 2017 registration, please see the information section of the Spring 2017 Schedule of Classes.

Students may register for classes on or after their scheduled classification below.
(Each new registration period begins at 7:00 a.m. on the designated day, unless otherwise stated.)

TSI students must register in person at the Academic Success Center (McCullough Hall), during normal office hours, following the same classification schedule.

Returning Students:

November 1-2Graduates, Post-Bacc, Seniors (90+ hours), and Honors
November 3-4Juniors (60-89 hours)
November 7-8Sophomores (30-59 hours)
November 9-10Freshmen
Nov. 11-Dec. 15All classifications/alpha
Dec. 22-Jan. 13All classifications/alpha
January 17Late registration: Graduates, Post-Bacc, Seniors (90+ hours), and Honors, begins at 8:00 a.m.
January 18Late registration: All classifications/alpha, begins at 8:00 a.m.
January 19Late registration: All classifications/alpha, registration ends at 5:00 p.m.

 

New Students:

Nov. 11-Dec. 15; Dec. 22-Jan. 8

All classifications/alpha.
Early advising/Registration option* - must complete the online orientation session.
January 9-11Registration or Change of schedule for students who already completed the online orientation session above.
January 12Regular Orientation/Registration: All classifications, letters A - Z, begins at 8:00 a.m.
January 13Regular Registration continues. Closes at 5:00 p.m.
January 17Late Registration: Graduates, Post-Bacc, Seniors (90+ hours), and Honors, begins at 8:00 a.m. (New seniors must have met orientation requirement.)
January 18Late Orientation/Registration: All classifications/alpha
January 19Late Registration continues. Closes at 5:00 p.m.

*Admitted students with proof of TSI and documentation of the meningitis immunization requirement will be invited to participate in an optional early advising/registration program to secure class selection early.  This is an optional program that will require completion of the online orientation session. More information will be sent to eligible students.

Students choosing not to participate in the online orientation session will have to attend regular orientation on January 12 as indicated above, at which time advising and registration will occur.
(Late orientation is on January 18.)

 

New Distance Education Students:

Nov. 11-Dec. 15;
Dec. 22-Jan. 13;
Jan. 17-19
All classifications/alpha.  Closes on January 19 at 5:00 p.m. 

Must complete online distance education orientation prior to registration.
