Midwestern State University seeks full-time non-tenure track Assistant Athletic Trainer/Instructor starting immediately. Responsibilities include team sport coverage and teaching in the athletic training curriculum, performing clinical preceptor responsibilities, and supervision of athletic training students enrolled in CAATE accredited Athletic Training Program. Additional duties may include supervision of graduate assistant athletic trainers, athletic training room supervision, and other duties as assigned.
Master's Degree in athletic training or related field, BOC Certification, ARC First Aid and C-Pro/AED or AHA certifications, one year experience as an ATC, and one year of student supervision required. State of Texas athletic training licensure eligible. Ability to work with physicians, athletic trainers, and other health care professionals.


This position is designated as security sensitive and requires the finalist to complete a criminal background check.
