Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate nursing courses primarily in the traditional pre-licensure program. Collaborate with faculty to develop, teach, organize, and evaluate courses, clinical sites, and student experiences for the undergraduate program. Advise and mentor students, as well as participate in faculty governance.
Qualifications:
Required: Doctorate degree or enrollment in a doctoral program with clear completion date, MSN, RN licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure. Preferred: Teaching and/or experience in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Fundamentals Nursing, Pediatrics, Mental Health, and/or Community Health.
