Computed Tomography Certificate Program

Candidates for the CT Certificate Program must apply to the university and to the CT Certificate Program (current students do not need to re-apply to the university). Candidates who wish to concurrently receive their BSRS degree must follow the application process for the BSRS Program and submit an application for the CT Certificate Program separately.

Applications will be accepted only between April 1 and June 30 for a fall start date.

Admissions Checklist

  1. Candidates must have access to the Internet and have a valid e-mail account to complete this program.
  2. Apply to Midwestern State University online if not currently an MSU student.
  3. Send official transcripts to the Midwestern State University Admissions Office.
    • Official transcripts are those which are sent directly from the issuing institution to our Admissions Office. They must be original and not copies.
    • Transcripts must be received from all institutions attended. An online transcript request form is available for applicants to fill out and print so that the proper information is received by our Admissions Office.
    • THEA-To determine if you have met THEA criteria, please read the information concerning this requirement carefully.
  4. Apply to the MSU CT Certificate Program online.
    • Be sure to read through the CT Program Admission Criteria.
    • Submit the completed CT Program Application online.
    • Send unofficial transcripts and courses in progress following the instructions in the application
    • All unofficial university transcripts, including MSU transcripts, must be sent with your application.
  5. Apply to the BSRS program if a concurrent degree is desired.

Candidates will receive a confirmation when his or her application has been submitted. After the admissions committee makes the selections, the candidate will receive a letter by email with the status of the application.
