Mustangs Guarantee Program

Beginning freshmen and undergraduate transfer students new to MSU who have not already received a degree, are Texas residents, Pell Grant eligible, and whose family's combined annual income is $50,000 or less are guaranteed that any remaining balance of tuition and mandatory frees not covered by grants, scholarships, exemptions, benefits, and/or waiver programs will be paid by the university.
