National SAT

The SAT Program consists of the SAT Test and the SAT Subject Tests.

  1. SAT Test:
The SAT measures the critical reading, mathematics, and writing abilities that are important to college success. The score scale range is from 200 to 800. The SAT is 4 hours primarily multiple choice, but includes a short essay section.
  2. SAT Subject Tests:
The Subject Tests measure students' knowledge and skills in a particular subject and their ability to apply that knowledge (no student may take more than three tests on any date).
  3. New Security Changes
All stand-by testing, date changes, and/or test center changes will no longer be allowed on test day.  Every candidate must have an admission ticket in order to be admitted to the test.  NO TICKET = NO ADMITTANCE  AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

During the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters, we offer the ISAT test each month in the Hardin South building, room 219. First-come, first served basis, maximum of 10 seats available.  The cost of the ISAT exam is $60.00, which is payable by cash, check or money order. ISAT scores are NOT transferable to any other educational institution. The ISAT does not meet eligibility requirements established by NCAA for those examinees who will be participating in collegiate athletics.
