What to Bring to Spirit Days

"Spirit Days is a great way to see what life on the MSU campus will really be like.
Meeting students who will be going through the same experiences as
you is important in being comfortable your first year on campus.
Spirit Days really provides a positive experience!"

Each student participant should bring:

-Picture ID (driver's license, military ID, passport, etc)
-Immunization Record (for students who have not previously provided their meningitis documentation)
-Documentation of any College Board AP exams
-Documentation of any CLEP or Transfer credit
-Comfortable walking shoes
-Casual clothing
-Extra spending money for bookstore, Starbucks, etc.

Students staying overnight in the residence hall should bring:

-A change of clothes
-Toiletries (soap, toothpaste/toothbrush, etc.)
-Sleeping bag or linens

Transfer Students: Transferring to MSU from another college or university? Please remember to bring a complete listing of prior course work and credit hours earned (include course title, course number, and number of credits for each course). All participants need to attend the entire Spirit Days orientation program in order to remain eligible for early registration. Transfer students, enrolling for MSU in Fall 2014, with at least 25 semester credit hours accumulated prior to the Fall 2014 semester are strongly encouraged to attend a Spirit Days Transfer Day session.  Transfer Day sessions are tailored to fit the needs of students with at least one year of collegiate experience.
