School/Organization Groups

High School Groups

MSU encourages schools to bring their students to campus for a more in depth look at MSU. High School groups visiting MSU include a 30 minute “College 101” presentation and student led tour of the campus. Our “College 101” session will include information about applying to college, understanding financial aid, and campus life. If schools/groups would like they may eat lunch in our Mesquite Dining Hall for a small fee.

Middle School/Junior High Groups

MSU offers a high school plus program for 7th and 8th grade students. High School plus programs include a 30 minute presentation about MSU and higher education. In addition to the presentation, students will be able to tour the campus and freshmen housing. Student groups can request the option of dinning on campus in our all-you-can eat buffet style cafeteria, Mesquite Dining Hall for a small fee.

To plan your group visit to MSU, please contact Valerie Martinez, Assistant Director of Admissions at 940-397-4821 or by email at valerie.martinez@mwsu.edu
